Weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, memorial services, you name it! Rent sustainably with Cope Environmental Center. Our new state-of-the-art facility serves as a place of learning, community, and collaboration. 

[The benefits] Choosing Cope Environmental Center as your venue puts your dollars to great use; as a renter, you can support environmental education and celebrate important milestones at the same time!

Also offered at our facility are education programs for children during your event! We have several programs to choose from that can be adjusted to your specifications. Don’t worry about the kiddos running around and causing mischief – they could be having a blast whilst discovering the wonders of nature. Ask today!

[The features]  Warming kitchen (fridge, 3-bin sink, microwave, and convection oven/stove), bathrooms, drinking fountains, yards, picnic tables, and a Nature Playscape for children. Accessible parking is available on the north and south side of the property. Round/rectangular tables and folding chairs are available (set up optional). Paid clean-up service is also optional.

[The rules] Renting a sustainable facility means our renters must plan and rent sustainably. Why? Sustainable actions help preserve the integrity of our planet and conserve our natural resources.  They also help us with the Living Building Challenge. Cope is attempting to become the first fully certified Living Building Challenge (LBC) Building in Indiana. Due to LBC, there are certain requirements for how we use the building. What does that mean for you? As a renter, it is important to make your rental at Cope as sustainable as possible.
