Family Maple Hike 2020
Travel back in time to discover how maple syrup was made by Native Americans and early settlers. Next, make your way to the sap house (constructed of reclaimed materials) for a lesson in maple syrup production in today’s world. here! After the Maple Syrup Hike, stay to enjoy hot pancakes with Maple Syrup!

Pancake Breakfast Featuring CEC’s Fresh Maple Syrup
Stop in Between 9 am and Noon to enjoy a pancake breakfast! Our Volunteers will be making piping hot pancakes and serving them up with maple syrup. Money raised from the pancake breakfast will support the mission here at the Cope Environmental Center.
